\u5b8c\u6210\u81ea\u6211\u767b\u8a18\u548c\u81ea\u6211\u8a55\u4f30\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u7db2\u4e0a\u7dca\u6025\u8b77\u7406\u8a3a\u6240\u65bc\u9031\u4e00\u81f3\u9031\u516d\u4e0b\u5348 1 \u81f3 \uff08SOHT\uff09\u3001\u58eb\u5609\u5821\u5065\u5eb7\u7db2\u7d61\uff08SHN\uff09\u548c\u58eb\u5609\u5821\u5bb6\u5ead\u91ab\u751f\u7db2\u7d61\uff08SFPN\uff09\u6b63\u5f0f\u63a8\u51fa\u96fb\u5b50\u8f49\u4ecbScarborough eReferral Project\u3002\u6b64\u9805\u76ee\u8207\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u91ab\u5b78\u5354\u6703\uff08OMA\uff09\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u904b\u7528Ocean \u548c EpicCare Link \u5169\u7a2e\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u8b58\u5225\u5340\u5167\u6709\u5fd7\u52a0\u5165eReferrals\u7684\u5c08\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u548c\u57fa\u5c64\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u662f\u5728 TELUS PS Suite\u3001Accuro\u6216Oscar Pro EMR \u4e0a\u8a2d\u7f6e\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oceanereferralnetwork.ca\/who-accepts-ereferrals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ocean eReferral<\/a> \u80fd\u8b93\u4f60\u76f4\u63a5\u5f9e EMR \u4e2d\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u75c5\u6b77\u8868\u5411 Ocean eReferral \u7db2\u7d61\u4e2d\u7684\u73fe\u6210\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u767c\u51fa\u8f49\u8a3a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u662f\u9019\u4e09\u500b EMR \u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u5c08\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u4f60\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728 Ocean \u63a5\u6536\u8f49\u8a3a\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u4e4b\u4ee5\u96fb\u5b50\u65b9\u5f0f\u52a0\u5165\u4f60\u7684 EMR\u3002Ocean eReferral \u5728\u5b89\u7701\u5df2\u7d93\u71df\u904b\u4e86\u5e7e\u5e74\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u65bc\u591a\u502b\u591a\u4e2d\u81f3\u6771\u90e8\uff08Central East\uff09\u548c SOHT \u4f86\u8aaa\u662f\u65b0\u7684\u3002\u6211\u5011\u6b63\u5728\u7a4d\u6975\u5408\u4f5c\u958b\u767c\u5340\u5167\u66f4\u591aOcean eReferral\u7684\u8a66\u9ede\u3002<\/span><\/p><p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u662f\u5728\u58eb\u5609\u5821\u57f7\u696d\u7684\uff08\u5730\u5340\u670d\u52d9\u548c\/\u6216 SHN \u8f44\u4e0b\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\uff09 <b>\u57f7\u696d\u7684\u5c08\u79d1\u91ab\u751f<\/b> \uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u52a0\u5165 Ocean\uff0c\u8acb <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=IzWdI0fYP0OdmTUe9hCRImNT4SfrjaJAhrrZoxnzi6hUNEk4RU5INThHTEY3UzlVOU1VSzhIT0tJVi4u\" target=\"_blank\" \u8f44\u4e0b\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\uff09 <b>\u57fa\u5c64\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005<\/b> \uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u52a0\u5165 Ocean\uff0c\u8acb <a
